Ihave done over 10 40 day fasts. Just don�t make a big deal out of it and do some research on how fasting works IF you have a need to explain to others what you are doing. The metabolism slowing is just a fact of any form of fasting. That�s just how the system works when in fasting/reserve mode. You can minimize this by remaining active and exercising during the fast. You will need to step up your exercise post fast to help bring back the metabolism back to normal. The need for protein is highly exagerated. I did not know this-Levona is the name for Mirena distributed in Sweden. this is their version of the insert I believe-Notice, they admit in this paper the side effects are �hormonal� and they also add �sweating� �greasy hair�. Some of you might know through my blog that I was waiting to meet an infection specialist. Interesting as I arrived at a similar discovery, tho not as concise as have not had the several years of iodine that you have Trapper.I found that moderating Se was the best ticket for me. Between 200 and 800mg, depending on the amount of Iodine I took in during the prior few hours. Seemed to find a balance. When I threw too much Se, I too had a temporarily chronic sore throat. Trap,Se overdose happened to me too only differently. Some b**eh**d doctor told me to take 1000 mcg Se in liquid drops.I did this and vomited an hour later. Even tho I never vomit I thought maybe it was some bug.Next day, same thing. I am also currently in pain of root canal teeth and thinking of taking it out but I do some research and realize that just because you take the tooth out doesn�t mean the infection is out (thus you can still have pain when the procedure is not right). Wow, I�m suprised you go them so soon. Your body must have rightly jumped into ketosis. I didn�t get them till the last day of my water fast. I used to have somewhat bad acne as a kid and teenager(started at 9), but that ended around the time I turned 20 and though I�ll get a zit every now and then, it�s nothing like the severity of which I broke out on my last day. I passed 5 pounds of parasites and turned my health around.First I tried herbs but they did nothing for me, then I tried drugs and got healed. Mira, un problema con este foro es como organizar el grupo, cuando diferentes personas tienen diferentes problemas, y diferentes causas para sus condiciones. Queilitis describe inflamaci�n de los labios, pero mucha gente aqui no tiene inflamaci�n, solo que el piel de los labios se seca y muere muy rapidamente, menos de una semana, y es f�cil remover como una c�scara de una cebolla -- por eso se usa el termino �peel� = pelar.
