This visit was not necessary, as doctor only reconfirmed that he could recommend nothing more than the meds and the other pain management options I was already taking or doing. This could have been handled over the phone or via text.

Everyone was very friendly. Felt I could discuss my problems with Doctor Mathai with ease. He was very kind.

The nurse was very kind and helpful. The Neurologist was very thorough and took time to ask and answer our questions. He ordered tests to make sure medication and treatment was as needed.

Appointment went well. No major issues. Continuing to monitor blood testing results and adjust medications when necessary. Prescriptions refills ordered. Good visit.

I feel the dr needs to listen to the patient when they tell them when they tell them about there condition.

This was a good experience using telehealth especially for me since I am an older patient and driving places can be challenging.

Dr. Mathai and his Nurse are very thorough, kind, caring and understanding of my health issues. Dr, Mathai patiently listened to my concerns without making feel I was taking too long. He answered all of my questions and sent out a referral to a specialist for further testing. I feel like I am in good hands and have had a burden lifted off my shoulders.

told me to be there 15 minutes before my appointment, Ended up I was kept waiting for over a half hour. Saw doctor for about 5 to 10 minutes, Not a happy camper.

My visit made very easy because all People were thorough, respectful, and very understandable.

Ask up front if you're seeing the doctor because of a work-related injury; inform the patient they can still be seen but there will be no filling out of worker's comp paperwork.

The staff got me back ahead of my appt time, but after that there was a delay of almost 20 min
